The personalized openers and subject lines generated by Sketchief are provided to you for your use in your outreach campaigns. While you may use this content freely, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users based on similar input data.
Sketchief, including our technology, algorithms, software, branding, and all related intellectual property, remains our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the service as described.
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHIEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
